KNX Standardı, küçük bir rezidansın içerisindeki aydınlatma, perde panjur, klima kontrolünden, Dünya’nın en büyük havalimanlarındaki aydınlatma otomasyonu gibi çözümler için tercih edilen bir Dünya standardıdır.
Yazımızda endüstrinin can damarı sayılabilecek PLC’yi inceleyeceğiz.
bir çok plc atrık standart bir arayüz olan OPC yi desteklemektedir. Bir çok plc ile OPC üzerinden haberleşebilirsin. Bunun için visual basic projene OPC classını referans gösterdikten sonra bu sınıfın özellik ve metodlarını kullanarak plc ile bağlantı kurabilirsin. Ancak yapmak gerekenler sadece bukadarla sınırlı değil. Buna ek olarak bilgisayarına bir opc configurator programı da yüklemelisin. S7-300 için Siemens'in SIMATIC NET programını haberleşme yapılacak pc ye kurup Station Configurator üzerinden OPC ayarlarını yapmalısın. Veya 2. bir yol olarak KepServerEx adlı programı yükleyip bu program içinde Station ayarlarını yapıp (plc haberleşmesine ait konfigürasyon yapılır. Yani MPI veya TCP/IP haberleşme seçeneklerine göre ayarlar girilir) visual basic uygulamasından okunacak taglar bu programa eklenir. Daha sonra vb uygulamasında bu taglar oluşturularak okuma yapılır.
SIMATIC NET yüklediğinde vb projene SiemensOPCDAAutomation dll ini KepServerEx yüklediğinde OPCAutomation dll ini referans gösterebilirsin.

Ekte VB.NET ile S7-300 haberleşmesine ait vb.net uygulamasını bulabilirsin.

Visual Basic Ara yüzünü kullanarak S7-300 ile bağlantı kurabilirsin.Bunun için MPI protokolünü çözmen gerek.Yani arka planda bir OPC programı input yada output lardan bilgi okurken yada yazarken hangi kodları gönderip alıo bunu düşünmelisin.Siemen bu konuda tabiki açık kod vermez ama bunu çözmek mümkün.S7-200 ün PPI yı bilindiğine göre ,S7-300 ün MPI haberleşmesi de pekala yapılabilir.O zaman hiç bir OPC componentine para vermene gerek kalmaz.bu komponentlerde Tag sayısı sınırlı ama sen bu işin kodlarına inersen tüm hafıza alanlarına erişebilirsin.Sınır yok..
 
S7 300'e cp340 kartı takarak ve visual basicte MSCOMM32.ocx componenti ekleyerek seri porttan çok kolay ve ucuz maliyete haberleşebilirsin.
