Selamün aleyküm ustalar mdfden ayna çerçeveleri üretmek için bir cnc router yapmaya kalktım ortaya bir cnc çıktı ama kesim yaparken hatalı kesimler yapıyor bu konuda bilgi sahibi olanlar yardımcı olursa sevinirim.

program olarak mach3 kullanıyorum.

hatalı derken nasıl hatalı kesiyor biraz açıklasan ??
 
usta resimde sol üst köşedeki yuvarlağı yanlış kesti ,sağ alttaki yuvarlak düzgün genelde hep yukarı kısmı kaçırıyor

 
yazılımsal bir sıkıntın var bence resimler çok açıklayıcı değil. sanırım kestiğin mdfnin talaşlarını da süpürgeyle çekmiosun sanırım...
 
yazılımsal olarak corelden artcame aktardıgım resimden mi kaynaklanıyordur.hatalı yerleri kırmızıyla işaretledim dogru olan kısım maviyle işaretledim corel çizimi , artcam dosyası ve g-codeyi yollim isterseniz size. süpürge bozuldu şimdilik çekemiyorum
 
o kısımlar hatalı çizim olmuş. makineye ne verirsen o çizgiyi takip eder..
gcode üretirken bir yerlerde hata yapıyorsun demek. ayrıca resim falan aktarma direk dxf ya da vektör bazlı çizim den gcode üret
 
zaten vektör çizimi kullanıyorum. corelden sürükleyip artcame aktarıyorum.çizimin g-code aşagıdaki gibi
