Job Description
- Technical support to customers on :
* Automation software programming development and technical training
* Communication support on PLC and HMI devices regarding to customer need
* Reparing devices in warranty of finished
- Sales Support
* Customer visits for product presentation
* Preparing proposals
* Sales activity for OEM machine builders, system integrators and end users
- Reports to Local Country Sales Manager
- In relation with Customer Service of HQ (ESA Group Italia)
Desired Skills and Expertise
- Application and technical support capability on HMIs, IPCs, Scada software
*Programming experience on automation softwares
* Defect inspection and reparing on electronical devices
- Sales based enthusiasm
At least 3 years relevant experience
Flexibility and able to work in a small team is essential and willing to travel, internationally if required, at short notice
Fluent report writing, communication and presentation skills in English
Experience in a commercial engineering environment is an advantage
An innovative approach is essential to be successful in this role, together with a flexible attitude to work and a willingness to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
